FACILITIES

NeuroRedacer counts with modern facilities, which you can appreciate in the photo gallery, we also use new technologies applied to the rehabilitation.

Technologies as virtual reality, videogames, touch systems, not only are used on the Activities of Daily Living, but also are used in the current therapies to recover the Acquired Brain Injury. For that reason, NeuroRedacer has incorporated these new technologies to the rehabilitation process.

The centre counts with high dimension computer screens with touch systems, with the objective of making easier the interaction between the patient and the specific softwares of rehabilitation. NeuroRedacer uses also the latest generation technology softwares of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy as SmartBrain or Neuronup, specially developed by professionals of the neurorehabilitation area.

Another incorporation to the process of rehabilitation in our centre is the cognitive and motor training videogames, developed for platforms as Wii, Balance Board or Virtual Reality systems in PS4. Professionals can use these tools in order to make easier and enjoyable the improvement of the cognitive and motor functions.

Another thing to stand out is the use of 3D projector and the Virtual Reality glasses that permit to perform an ecological rehabilitation, simulating a home environment, the streets, day to day, etc., making easier the access to the Activities of Daily Living with all the strategies and improvements achieved in the centre.

The use of the 3D printer gives us the opportunity to make prosthetics tailored to each patient, generating unique pieces created individually. Ex: Phalanx of a finger, etc.

Finally, in NeuroRedacer, we give importance to the training at home, so the use of new applications for mobile phones and tablets are incorporated as a supportive element to the process of functional recovery.
